If you are an active client of our Ripio Select service: please contact your account executive through whatsapp reporting the situation and he will help you regain access to your account.
If you are not yet a customer of our service: but you have a registered account on our Ripio Select platform, you can contact our customer experience team from the help button or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and as soon as possible we will We will send instructions to regain access to your account.
Keep in mind: The 2FA token reset request may take up to 48 business hours for security checks.
